Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only considered for services explicitly outlined in the signed agreement.

  • Refund requests must be based on measurable underperformance against agreed-upon deliverables.

2. Refund Request Process:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@brand11.in.

  • Include the reason for the refund request, supporting evidence, and any relevant documentation.

  • Requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.

3. Assessment and Approval:

  • Refunds are evaluated based on:

    • The terms specified in the service agreement.

    • Efforts made by Brand11 to fulfill the agreement.

    • Circumstances beyond Brand11's control that may have affected performance.

  • Partial refunds may be granted if services have been partially delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Payments made for consultations, audits, or initial planning sessions.

  • Services already rendered and approved by the client.

  • Delays or disruptions caused by the client, including lack of timely communication or resources.

5. Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy:

  • Brand11 reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
